Ubatuba is located on the southeast coast, in the state of São Paulo. It has the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The water is clean and clear. 

Fortunately, not alot of tourists come here so the beaches are not stacked with people. There is not a huge crowd and this way you can enjoy your time at Ubatuba. It has around 100 beaches.

MARANDUBA BEACH

Maranduba is the most popular beach of Ubatuba. Many tourists come here as this is a very beautiful beach and it even has a slide in the sea. Hopefully, you would enjoy this place with your freinds and family,

UBATUBA AQUARIUM

This is a great place to go to if you love watching the life of sea creatures. Here, you can find all sorts of water animals such as sharks, jellyfish, coral reefs etc.

CHRIST THE REDEEMER 

Christ the redeemer is a statue of Jesus Christ, which was created by a French sculptor Paul Landowski and built by a Brazilian engineer Heitor da Sliva Costa. The statue is 30 meters tall, not including the 8 meter tall pedestal, and its arms are stretched 28 meters wide.

This place is one of the most popular places in the world and as you can see at the bottom of the picture, there are a lot of tourists.

COPACABANA BEACH

This beautiful beach is also another great attraction in Rio de Janeiro. There are many hotels nearby this area, so if you stay in any of them, then you can always visit the beach whenever you feel like it.

History of India

The Mughal Empire

The Mughal Empire ruled over most of the Indian Subcontinent and parts of what is now Afghanistan and modern Pakistan. It existed from 1526 to 1858.

Babur of Timurid Dynasty founded the Mughal Empire in 1526 and ruled till 1530. The ruler after him was Humayun (1530-1540) and (1555-1556). Then we had Akbar (1556-1605) who was the best ruler from all the rulers of Mughal Empire. He kept everyone happy and had kept the Empire strong. Then we had Jahangir (1605-1627), Shah Jahan (1627-1658), Aurangzeb (1658-1707) and several other minor rulers until Bahadur Shah Zafar II (1837-1857).

Raja Akbar

The Mughal Empire had gotten weak during the time Aurangzeb was ruling. This was because Aurangzeb was not the best ruler people could ask for. He kept high taxes for everyone and the public wasn't happy with him. That was the time when the powerful and great Empire started falling apart. After 1858, the British had come and taken over India. If Aurangzeb would have been a great ruler, then the British would have failed to rule India.

India

India is a country located in southern Asia. It has 29 states, so there are a lot of places you can go to in India. But today, I will suggest 2 places you can visit in India;

• New Delhi
• Dehra Dun

New Delhi

New Delhi is the capital of India. I have lived here for most of my life and I can tell that it is a city of adventure. You can find all kinds of food and festivals here.

Festivals

Below are 2 of the most famous festivals that we celebrate in New Delhi 

Diwali 

A few lit diyas

Diwali is the festival of light. It is celebrated all over India. Diwali represents the return of King Rama, incarnation of God Vishnu, to Ayodhya after exile of 14 years. The people of Ayodhya lit up diyas to show their happiness and joy on return of their King Rama. This festival is celebrated by lighting up diyas, candles, fireworks and sharing sweets. 

Holi

Holi is the festival of colors. Holi represents the winning of good over evil. It is celebrated by throwing colors at each other and spraying water. We dance and sing a lot since this festival is very colorful and happy. 

Food

There are many varieties of food in New Delhi but I will tell you about the most typical dishes of New Delhi. 

Chole Bhature 

Chole bhature (cho-ley bha-too-re) is a famous dish found all over India. It is a combination of spicy chickpeas (chole) and fried bread (bhature) made from soft wheat. You can also add cut onion to the chole if you like and squeeze lemon in it.

Paratha

Paratha (Pa-raa-tha) is the number one typical dish of New Delhi. It is a flatbread made from wheat or flour. You can add butter and also eat it with achaar (pickle).  

Dehra Dun

Dehra Dun is the capital of Uttrakhand state. It is located on the Northern part of India at a distance of 250 km from New Delhi. 

Festivals

Let us look at Dehra Dun's most popular festival.

Vasant Panchami

This festival is a Hindu spring festival. We celebrate it at the beginning of a new spring. We celebrate it by praising the Goddess Saraswati, the Hindu deity of learning, arts and music by going to her temples.

Mustard Fields

This is also the festival of God Kama, the Hindu deity of love and people wear yellow clothes to show their appreciation for the mustard fields.

Kathak dancers

Kathak is an Indian dance originated from the North of India. Kathak meaning 'to tell a tale' in the form of a dance. It is a popular dance and people from all over the world are learning it.

Food

Chicken Biryani

A typical Indian food which is the mixture of chicken and rice. You can add chopped onions, yogurt or some chutney with it.

Samosa

A tasty snack for parties or even a normal day. This dish has potatoes, vegetables and sometimes nuts stuffed inside the fried bread. You can enjoy samosas with green or red chutney and ketchup.
